Bees Are Singing on the Back of Your Neck is a piece looking at the visceral experience of emotions. These experiences are ephemeral and personal, yet when stripped from their situational context they are also empathizable. The piece explores empathy between the performers themselves and the performers and audience through text, movement and teaching. For every rehearsal and performance a new phrase was taught.
